Austin Taste Us, "Ostentatious food for Austintatious people"<br><br>We are an Austin based food truck which is chef driven. We are putting higher end techniques into street food, "pushing the limits on street food", if you will by recreating some of our comfort food favorites into fun edgy dishes.

Instructions：

My fiancé and I (owners) are very tattooed and want something fun, our plan on the truck wrap is a darker color probably black and have different Chef and restaurant sayings, "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen", "Hey thats my knife and no you cannot use it", "Heard", "How Long", "Yes Chef", "Im in the weeds"... and other funny quotes. We want something that fits us, edgy, fun, possibly colorful. <br><br>Some of our dishes include Steak and Eggs-Sous vide NY strip, house made french fries, deviled egg, pickled red onion. Pork Belly-House cures, warm again slaw, soy ginger glaze. Quesadilla-Brie Cheese, tomato basil confit, arugula. Taco- Smoked brisket, fried avocado, charred scallion, garlic aioli, Octopus Salad- Marinated octopus, arugula, cherry tomato, vanilla vinaigrette, candied lemon.....and much more fun creative foods.
