We want something that fits us, edgy, fun, possibly colorful. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Some of our dishes include Steak and Eggs-Sous vide NY strip, house made french fries, deviled egg, pickled red onion. Pork Belly-House cures, warm again slaw, soy ginger glaze. Quesadilla-Brie Cheese, tomato basil confit, arugula. Taco- Smoked brisket, fried avocado, charred scallion, garlic aioli, Octopus Salad- Marinated octopus, arugula, cherry tomato, vanilla vinaigrette, candied lemon.....and much more fun creative foods.
