How much does it cost?

We offer 3 logo packages priced at $129, $199, and $299 all inclusive. You get custom designs from multiple designers,  logo copyright of the winning design you choose, and professional logo files. Please see our pricing page for more details.

How long does it take?

Our contest duration ranges from 1 to 5 days, but logo revision can take as long as you need. But If you are in a hurry, we see people complete their custom logo project in less than 5 hours.

How many entries will I receive?

Higher package means higher prize, therefore more participating designers and more design entries. We don’t set a hard limite on the number of entries you can receive.

How to communicate with my designers?

As soon as a design is submitted to your contest, you can communicate with the designer by leaving a message under the design entry and let the designer know how he/she can improve.

3. Select your finalists

Select your finalist designers to proceed with logo design revisions.

When to select my finalist?

If you are in a hurry, you can select your finalist designer at any time. However, it’s recommended that you wait until the end of your contest and review all design submissions before selecting your finalists.

How does logo revision work?

During the open contest period, you can ask any designer for revisions by commenting under the design. After the contest period ends, you must select a designer as a finalist in order to ask for revisions.

4. Declare your winner

Declare contest winner and receive your logo package with everything you need to build your brand.

Can I still make changes?

Yes, you can still ask for design revisions after you have declared your winner.

What about logo copyright?

After you have declared your winner, the design copyright is automatically transferred to you from the designer and you can download your copyright certification from your logo download page.

How are each logo packages different?

We have 3 logo design packages priced at $129, $199, and $299. Depending on the one you choose, they will differ in:

Participating designers
Higher package means higher prize, therefore more participating designers and more design entries
Finalist designers
Higher package will allow you select multiple finalist designers for revisions
Designer invites
Higher package will have the option to invite designer to join your contest
Logo Deliverables
More brand assets are included in higher logo packages

Can I invite a designer to join my contest?

When you purchase a Standard or Premium package you will be able to invite up to 6 designers to join your contest. Invited designers will automatically receive a small tip, however, they are NOT required to submit a design.

What about matching brand identity designs?

When creating your logo project you can also select matching brand identity designs such as business card and letterhead. Your brand identity project will start AFTER you have confirmed your logo design and you will again have multiple designs to choose from. (You can also purchase brand identity design separately after logo project but won’t enjoy the discounted bundle price.)

Your brand identity package includes 2 items of your choice and additional item is just $50/each.

How to remove my project from Google search?

Please go to your project page and click on the Help icon to find the option to upgrade your project to "Private" which we will then block access from the public and search engines. We will also send a manual removal request to Google and your project information should disappear from Google search results within a week.

What if I’m not happy with the designs submitted?

Your logo submissions are based on the selected package and your design brief. If you are not happy with the designs at the end of the open concept stage, you can:

· Re-list Project
For a payment of $20, we will re-list your contest on top for another 48 hours so our designers can submit fresh design ideas. We highly recommend that you update your design brief before re-listing.
· Request Refund
You can also click on the help icon and request for a refund. Please see our refund policy below for more details.

What’s your refund policy and how to apply?

You can request for a refund at any time by clicking on the Help on your contest page. Your eligible refund amount is based on the current stage of your design project as follow:

Open Concept Stage:
During or after the open concept stage. If you have not selected a finalist designer you are eligible for a 60% refund.
Finalist Revision Stage:
If you request a refund after selecting finalist designers, you are eligible for a 30% refund.
Winner Stage:
If you have selected the winning design you are not eligible for a refund. However, you can still make a request for any special circumstances.
