We believe a house with a star over it will be good. We like either a night time or early evening background to represent the sky with a star above (Color discretion to be left to you). Have the windows of the house be lit to represent lights on. If we could have a cross (Christian Cross) incorporated in the design to, that would be awesome. It can be subtle.

Attached is what we were starting to work on but we just can't seem to find "the one" We were thinking about making the light and dark blue appear as a road with the dashes in the middle making it look like a road but aren't sure. We are open to anything as long as it matches the brand colors which are in the attached draft logo we started. Please keep in mind that this is for an app but also need a website logo as well. So the app logo is strictly whatever the icon will be and the website logo will need to have the icon plus the name. Again we are open to anything as long as it stays on brand with the colors and reflects what the app's purpose is. ALERT: Our old name and logo is also attached. We are looking for more of this style in terms of font or something similar.

We want to maintain the overall feel and brand we've established. Previous years' examples are attached. We would like a new "monster" character. It's nice to change up some colors and other elements to keep it fresh, but yet feel consistent with logos from past years.

We want the Bradlee-McIntyre House to be recognizable in the background. The picture of that building is attached.

The design will be used in print, online, and on t-shirts. It should capture the Halloween theme without being too scary. It should say "Longwood Historic Society" on it. For the winner, we'll request two versions: one with our sponsor logo on it and one without it. So just keep in mind where a sponsor logo could be placed. You can see how some of the past years did it.
