I will attach a few thoughts and ideas but I am open to any new ideas, please don't be limited or just gravitate to the attached.  the Main image is LOL, much like the KOS example attached.  Using a heart or hearts would be an ideal graphic to fuse into the logo in a unique way, either into the "O" or background or separated somehow.  I'm open to ideas.

We are leaning toward a more basic logo. Something that probably has just a crown and the words "Cleaning Reinas". However, if you feel created enough feel free to somehow incorporate in the image of the crown a queen (but not necessary). Please DO NOT have rounded edges for the crown; we like more of the "spiky" look.

Navy and white colors only. I want to see different styles with the & only. No + or the word and spelled out please. 
Our current logo is attached, The Cates Group. I need to modify our current C logo to make it slightly more elegant but not ornate. I would like to see different fonts on the 2 words and some that are the same, maybe different sizes. NO HOUSES, ROOF TOPS OR KEYS
I want Real Estate under Cates & Company like it is on our logo. I would like to see them straight across, stacked, offset and other ways to see what looks best.
