Simple is good. But creative, not necessarily just the words with a roof overhead.  We want to stand out from other real estate investment companies. Room for growth but also an &quot;approachable&quot; feel. We are members of the community. We want people to think &quot;safe&quot; but also &quot;opportunity&quot; while looking at the logo. I like the idea of a handshake incorporated in. The color scheme of the samples, dark blue, black, and gray are what we would like to stick with.&lt;br&gt;

We want to present a feeling of a European richness but we are offering wholesale prices to both the trade and public, Dont want to sound or look to expensive because we are an outlet center but also dont want to appear as a cheap store with cheap products. We are looking for a location off the highway with visual presence so the message has to be clean and descriptive
