PLEASE DO NOT limit to the below idea but still encompass the descriptions (cardinal, Virginia outline, and "540" positioned where King George VA is on the map). Family Before Anything in nice font, I do not like cursive and please nothing too plain. I am hoping for something I have never seen before, like the state of VA somehow made into a cardinal's body but retaining the VA shape. The cardinal displaying a fierce look. I would like "540" placed inside the design where King George VA is. 

I loved the design they produced, but it took forever for the designer to get back to me with the change I last asked for and it still did not happen. The designer told me they would upload it the next day and that turned into 6 days. Then when I asked the designer is there any update, they told me they would upload it that day, give them some time. It would have been nice to have been updated instead of me having to ask them why they did not do what they said they would. Then I received the update and it did not fix what I asked for. I just got tired of asking for it and took what they gave me. My rating would have been excellent if it was not for that mishap.
