When fish are caught at depth and brought to the surface the drop in pressure causes the air in their airbladder to expand and blows them up like a balloon.This is called "Barotrauma" . If they are released in this blown up state thebladder acts like a life jacket for a person and they cannot get down and die on the surface. Fishsaverpro takes them back to a depth where the water pressure is high enough to reduce the airbladder down to a size where they can swim normally. On average Recreational Fishermen are required to release around 70% of their catch as being outside of limit or undersize. Of this 70% around about 30% survive while others die or are taken by predators. Fishsaverpro is a potential game changer for both fishermen and fishstocks alike.

Instructions：

The fishsaverpro is a device to save fish and thus help sustain fish stocks. It consists of an inverted fishook with a weight at the bottom. the concept of the Mermaid is she represents the hook bringing the fish down. mermaids are conceptually linked to wellness and is good and protects the sea and its creatures. the anchor is the weight of the fishsaverpro and anchors in the sea are seen as being safe devices to keep ships safe. The logo at the top of "Todays release is your next years trophy" is food for thought for the fisherman on the value to protect fishstocks in their fishing grounds This is only my conceptual design and I will be very happy if someone has a better idea.
