Company Intro：

We are a construction company but NOT looking for a corporate logos...instead we are looking to update our current employee engagement logo. We call it "Building Better Lives". I'll attach our current (dated) logo. Our corporation consists of 4 companies so we do not want the new logo to look like any of the company logos...but one that will speak to our employee base across the states.

Instructions：

We want our current (dated) employee engagement logo updated. The program is called "Building Better Lives" and we like the tag line "inspire empower achieve". Our culture is one that focuses on health and wellness, safety, training and education, as well as incorporating a sense of connectedness; deep sincerity and warmth...relational; about building or growing people; empowering employees, providing choices and options for employees and their families. We like the way the current logo showcase that, but feel it's dated and leans too close to one of the company's logos alienating the other 3 companies. We will use this logo on documents, email, intranet, apparel, promo items, etc. When employees (from all 4 companies) see this logo, we want them to feel it's their brand, their company, their message.
