In the crossfit community, a hero workout is one designated to honor a fallen hero in the line of duty (military, fire service, and law enforcement). Our event is merely a hosting platform for the workout. `

Instructions：

The logo should highlight using red, white, and blue. A flag could be appropriate but not necessary. Most heroes are soldiers so a military feel would be a nice touch. Silhouettes might be a cool feature or perhaps an empty barbell or maybe a pair of boots?
