We typically harvest and deliver the same day, ensuring highest quality and freshest taste. Urban farming is the practice of cultivating, processing and distributing food in or around urban areas. I grow roughly a dozen variety's of microgreens using organic and non-GMO sourced microgreen seeds (Sunflower shoots, pea shoots, beets, radish, several salad mixes, and herbs such as cilantro and micro basil) under LED lighting and distribute to local chefs and consumers. Most of my customers are within a 25 mile radius of my home. Weather permitting, I deliver by bicycle. Microgreens offer intense favors and intensely high nutrition content and taste delicious.

I'm trying to leave the corporate world by starting this business. Hobbies are cooking, vermicomposting, gardening, and riding my bicycle.
