Rock and roll attitude logo that pops against a black background, with clean lines (not cartoonish) and spot color(s), featuring a Gibson SG guitar smashing vertically into the ground causing a Hulk-smash upheaval (perhaps with emanating flames) where the resulting shockwave forms the name GROUNDWAVE below in stylized font (All Caps) coming at the viewer, slightly tapered at the ends and slightly bulging in the middle, in three dimensions like the ring at the base of a mushroom cloud, with a guitar cable running (splitting?) horizontally through the name in the form a seismic or sound wave.
