- Personal Strength cares about people. It's about building individual confidence and physical capacity. We do this through Fitness Training, Self Defence and Martial Arts Training, and through self help workshops designed to help individuals to flourish. Our clients range from 3 year old children up to adults in their 60s.
- Instructions：
- We really like the blue and orange combination (See attached) - it's trying to encapsulate that the place is fun to train at - but takes things seriously when it comes to care and compassion. We also like the font 'Cooper Black' - largely because it is easy to read and fun. Would love something more than words on a shape - but it's a starting point!
