Instructions：
I'm open to ideas. Something distinct, creative, trustworthy, cool, different than other real estate brokerages and flat fee listing companies. Something that pops color wise but isn't cheap and cheesy. Most of the advertising will be on the website so it must look good online. Add some gradient to the colors or logos. I don't like the black backgrounds. Clean. Our tag line is "Sell Smarter". Anything creative with regards to real estate, a house obviously or maybe an Agent (as long as it's not cheesy). I've got an abstract image of an agent's face and hat that maybe can be part of the logo in the name somehow, but it can easily be too cheesy if not done right. And I'm not married to that idea. Also, not sure why, but for some reason that "Red House" logo that was one of the inspirational samples is jumping out at me.
