Midwest Mentality podcast - it will be a conversation about "Rethinking Your Roar". I grew up in the Midwest and am a mental health therapist. I will be channeling slow pace, authenticity, simplicity, values, and growth. Noise is all around us. It is in the constant vibration of the outside world. It is in the static of our routines, our walk through life because of expectations instead of intentions. When you embrace the back roads, the unintended and inescapable turns, and look beyond what you seek and really see that which stands in front of you..that is where you will find the magic. It is about rethinking how we are with ourselves. Embracing our purpose with integrity, forgiveness and gentle push towards greatness. This greatness often comes not all at once, but in the tiny moments that make up our lives. This slow draw and intentional way of life is Midwest mentality. Explore and connect with others to learn lessons through their lives.
