The origin of the name comes from:
1) Every business has a "Technology Stack". That is the different types of technologies required for a business to operate. For example: Workstations (PCs, Laptops); Servers; Desk phones, Mobile phones, Network infrastructure (routers and switches), security infrastructure (firewalls), etc.
2) Our approch is to look at the Technology Stack as chain, and each type of technology is a link on that chain. Our methodology involves identifying the weakest link in the chain and helping that business strenghtening it (by fixing it or replacing it). And then follow the cycle again to identify then next weakest link. This approach allows the business to run a more robust and stable technology operation.
Our target market are small businesses with 5 to 25 employees that use technology in their day to day, in Sydney, Australia.
