I'm a Realtor. This logo will be for my Real Estate business.

Instructions：

The logo has to display Real Estate as this is my business. This logo will go on my apparel and marketing so when someone sees the logo, I want them to immediately think it has to do with Real Estate. I prefer to have a modern/minimalist logo that is clean. I have attached below what I kind of envision and created my logo to look like. I created the item attached so please feel free to take it to the next level if possible. Colors: I like greys, blues and blacks. I would also like to have a PNG format so I can use the logo without a background.
