I would like a woman in a dress coming straight out of a wave that begins straight down and works up.  I'd like the woman's dress and hair become part of the wave.  She should end with arms and head raised in an empowerment pose.  "Makin' Waves"  in big letters; "in health and fitness" in small letters.  Bold and powerful!
