We have a logo, created some years ago. It needs to be modernised to match the flat design style of our website and simplified so that it works better when used as a mobile icon or favicon.
We like the current colors and the idea of a confident man without a face in a box however please do think out of the box, we also want your original designs. We like the small 'THE', but it could be smaller, again no hard requirement.
The outlines of the words are too fat, and gradient fills clash with our flat website design style. The design is rectangular and we would prefer a square layout because its more icon friendly... something that could be used both rectangular as well as square would be ideal.
Artworks must be delivered as Adobe Illustrator files.

While we like the 'THE' in our name, we would love to see some designs without it as well.

I have updated the brief, becuase several of the designs are missing origiginality and are simply light reworks of the design. We need something new, something that works as an icon as well.

I prefer a symbol over an abbreviation of our name... I'm not really looking for a logo with our abbreviation in it.

Please do not submit logos based on the abbreviation EB. We want a symbol, not letters.
