I have an image of a real estate sign from the web. I love the primary background blue and the yellowish/gold from the graphic art/logo. I would like to see these as our theme colors accented with white, black or gray tones. We are trying to stay away from color schemes similar to the big franchise companies. It would be helpful to know the precise pantone colors used if possible. While I am not opposed to houses/skylines in the logo art, I was hoping to see some fresh approaches to real estate design as well. I would really like to see some different takes on the word "leading"... images which will correlate with success, setting the bar, expertise, etc. My partner suggested perhaps something with a play on a pathway. In conjunction with our company name and new logo, we would like the text "Buying * Selling * Investing" OR "Residential Specialists" on some designs. We are seeking a sophisticated look. Please no super fancy font which could be hard to read from the street, as this logo theme will carry over to our real estate yard signs. I would like to add the option of social media design and business card design if I am thrilled with the logo creation... I hope these can be add-ons later if so desired.
