Company Intro：

My main business (Arizona Listing Pros) is a high quality real estate photography, videography and aerial drone video/photo company that caters to the real estate industry. I will be creating a new side entity that will be offering a database of videos highlighting specific communities around the state and need my logo to make a lasting impact in the clients minds that MY company WILL sell their listing and the overall location. The name and logo of the business should exemplify that we are the marketing experts for communities.

Instructions：

My business name should relay that I am the number one in marketing communities(and real estate), so the logo must be unique and UNFORGETTABLE! (I prefer an edition with the company name and without)! The business name and logo need to relay a sense of “high end” marketing. “ No simplistic camera clip art and no apertures because I do more than just photography. I’m open to a house being incorporated into the logo, also a drone(phantom 4 pro), dslr camera and film reel artistically incorporated into or with the logo would be genius. I like witty logos that plays on itself by being multiple things in one object. The text of the business name needs to be EASILY read! It may be passing by someone in the form of a car magnet on the side of a freeway so this is important that it be legible! No acronym's!! This logo needs to have the FULL name "Your Community Guru" in writing that is easy to read. Remember, pretend you're seeing it on a car magnet, going by quickly and you have 3-5 seconds to see it! This logo will double up as a watermark and also be embroidered on polo shirts as well. I favor the color green but not too dark of a green or too light of one. Here are a few adjectives to describe what I'm looking for: CLEVER, cool, clean, memorable, inviting, modern, distinctive, edgy. A few adjectives that are NOT what I want: classic, stuffy, childish, predictable, feminine, corporate, plain, overly-expensive, traditional, forgettable. I do not yet have a color scheme so I am open to ideas, but nothing neon or overly bright! The concept should flow and relay a sense of trust and wisdom. My other company “Arizona Listing Pros” has black, orange, silver/gray and white. Please see uploaded logo. The winner of the contest needs to provide the following files of the logo and their renditions: .ai file .eps file .pdf file .jpg file .png file .psd file Font name & file* Codes of colors used* *This is to later color & font coordinate newsletters, websites, etc All files need to be available for printing in high res format on large banners, car magnets, etc. without pixelation. A typed document releasing the commercial rights of the logo to me, Stephen Miller the company owner.
