i am actually a designer myself. attached is the logo i created. the problem is - i was 'inspired' by another logo i found on the web and it's too close to the original design.
the other problem is i really REALLY REALLY like the design and im not able let it go and start from scratch to create new look. im not opposed to using some of the elements from this design - but it definitely needs to be distinguishable enough from the original design so it's not a copyright issue.

this one was tough. nexgen - you were the first to submit and you did an OUTSTANDING job. i almost selected your design as soon as you posted.
HOWEVER - out of all of the remaining designs i was considering - i just realized they were all by gogo - who appears to be a veteran designer with a good history here on 48 hours.
