We want our logo to help translate our work with championship sports teams to us bringing that same level of awesomeness to your "team" at work. Some thoughts but not limited to: Bronze, gold, trophy colors, a mark that can stand alone, perhaps suggesting movement, flow...high class, etc...

Any chance a trace of the Cleveland downtown skyline of buildings could be drawn into the logo? Most specifically, as a subtle background withing the lettering, almost as if you are peering through the window of the letters to see the skyline in the distance...hope this makes sense. Just a thought. Google Cleveland Skyline sketch to see it.
