Located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains of east Tennessee. There will be two 3 story buildings but could increase as the project expands. Mainly single or double person occupancy per unit. Renters will most likely be seasonal workers who are working in our tourism related businesses (i.e. Dollywood, etc.).
We like a horizontal logo versus a vertical one. We like simplicity.
