This is a non-profit created by an Electric Cooperative in Virginia. This non-profit awards scholarships to local high school students.
Instructions：
Without limiting the design, some of the components could include- a silhouette of the state of Virginia (maybe with some type of focus on Southside area, but not required), a graduate, a cap/diploma, also electric components such as power poles and lines if it works. The logo should signify providing opportunities, scholarships, providing for youth, helping our members, etc.
