Espais Roca is an iconic building which is being converted into luxurious apartments in a simple contemporary style which will be available for short term let to travellers on business and vacation and will be opening during the next 12 months.
Instructions：
I am looking for a clean simple and modern logo that reflects the decor of the apartments, which will be decorated in a neutral colour palette (grays, whites and creams) with pops of colour in the artwork and soft furnishings.<br>The logo will be used on our website and social media pages, letterheads and business cards, and potentially marketing giveaways such as pens, pencils and notepads - all the stuff you would expect to find in a luxury hotel.<br>I have attached some basic sketches that I did when we were playing with company names - it would be interesting to see a professional interpretation of this idea for ESPAIS ROCA.<br>I have also attached a photo of the building, and wonder if we could draw on any of the architectural elements (such as the one highlighted) in the logo.<br>Having said this, I am also very open to other fresh ideas and the use of colour.

I am so thrilled with the response so far - seeing my brand start to come to life is very exciting.
A couple of designers have incorporated the initials ER into their logos - I would be interested to see more of this.
Also, if anyone felt like putting ESPAIS ROCA inside a shape of the facade stonework that I circled in the top of my photo, I would love to see that too.
