Instructions：
I want the X/O to stand out. Make it bright and a centre piece of the logo... 'neon' lighting (tube etc) comes to mind, but play around with the options please. The logo will sit onto of a translucent image on our website, so it cannot have any solid background colours.... just the logo itself please.
