Tri-County Leadership is an organization representing the three counties of Northwest Kansas (Sherman, Cheyenne, and Rawlins Counties). The counties are all agricultural communities, each with towns under 5,000 people and are coming together to be the resource for those counties to utilize for leadership training, information, and techniques.
The mission/vision of the organization is:
1) Continually engage members of Northwest Kansas communities who want to make progress on difficult issues within their respective communities and expose them to ways in which they can improve their effectiveness as a leader of community improvement and positive change.
2) Engaging community members of all ages to take an active leadership role in community improvement and forward progress in order for small Northwest Kansas towns to thrive.
3) Keep community members actively engaged in leadership roles, continually identify new potential leaders, and provide training and tools to help these people be successful in leadership endeavors.

At this point, we have no specific ideas. We want some sort of graphic along with the organization name, but the graphic could be something abstract or otherwise.
I have sketched out a couple of ideas, but please feel free to come up with your own ideas:
* Sunrise with the three county names in front of it arranged in an interesting way.
* Arrow pointing forward with the three county names drawn to flow into the shape of the arrowhead, signifying the counties coming together to work on a common goal.
