The HIP stands for Health Improvement Program. This program combines exercise and physiology, good nutrition, and emotional well-being. Intended outcomes include weight loss, improved blood pressure and glucose levels, and improved emotional health. The program is facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Registered Dietitian, and n RN with expertise in Exercise Physiology.<br>The program is inexpensive, but has huge benefits. There have been many great outcomes, and since the program has been so successful, the creators are hoping to publish the program. A logo is needed for this.

We are thinking of components like "human hands" "people helping people" "healthy for life" so maybe a lifespan effect, or hands helping each other up, or "building blocks to health" with people helping each other up, etc.<br>It would be great to incorporate the letters HIP.
