Workshops for the community to start conversations about end of life wishes and Advance Directives. "Who will you trust to make healthcare decisions for you in an emergency where you cannot speak? Your wishes can't be followed if no one knows what they are!" Discussion and completion of Advance Directive forms.

Instructions：

My inspiration is the countless families who “raised” me, as a home health and hospice nurse for 30 years, in homes of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Together we celebrated life, shared heartaches, expressed fears and planned for the unknown. Every day I was honored to witness their humility and strength as we mended physical, emotional and spiritual pain and wounds. ARK Community Wellness Programs aspires to give back to the community that “raised” me as a nurse; to enlist the strength and humility of seniors and be their advocate as they discuss what matters most to them about their healthcare with their families and primary care physicians. How do we change the world? One single Act of Random Kindness (ARK) at a time! (from the Evan Almighty movie) My tag line.... "Together we can change the world one Act of Random Kindness at a time."
