Company Intro：

I am a woodworker that primarily sells bowls, cake stands, candlestick holders, baby rattles, honey dippers etc. All of my work is done personally by hand, no automation. I take immense pride in what I do and am much more focused on the product than production. Because of this, I tend to sell one-off items to high-end clients that are looking for heirlooms more than every day use items. My primary market is Charleston, SC. I am originally from Hickory, NC.<br><br>Possible inspiration for the log includes: sketches of roots, leaves or nuts. I especially like the Hickory tree as it represents my hometown. I also like the concept of a large root system sprouting a small tree to represent my family history of craftsmen sparking this interest. <br><br>My logo does not necessary have to include words. I am open to it just being a symbol similar to the "Possum Hollow" logo that is in the sample logo (just use the alpaca outline as the brand. The long form logo could be used on the website.

Instructions：

I am looking for a simple, clean design that can also be used as a wood branding iron (see http://www.branding-irons.biz/). I would use this to brand my work or wooden tags that wood be attached to smaller items. The brand would be 1.25" at its largest dimension. This may limit how complex the logo can be. I am open to a color logo provided that it can be simplified into a wood brand.<br><br>I prefer just line work over color gradients and multi-color<br><br>I would also hand sign my initials on each piece.
