- Logo for local Taxi/Minicab Company
- Company Intro：
- The business is a local minicab/taxi hore company based in the UK. It is not like a New York (Yellow cab) or London taxi (Black cab) that can be hailed from the roadside. This firm is based in a small rural area and bookings are made in advance over the phone. After a brainstorming session we think that it would be a good idea to have some kind of telephone/mobile as part of the logo as in the UK we call and book cabs rather than hail of the street.
- Instructions：
- The company is called "alicab" which can be any of the following formats as you see fit (alicab, ALICAB, AliCab or Alicab). The logo should be catchy and instantly recognisable. It can either be the words only or use a taxi as an image or icon.

- IA couple of ideas that someone might like to try:
1) Use the a and b in the wording to make up the tyres of a side profile of a car.
2) Use the wholes in the a and b to make the headlights of a front on car with can sign on top. - IIf it helps, you can add an s on the endso alicabs?
46 and 47 pls- IAfter reviewing the logos submitted we think that something is lacking and after a brainstorming session we think that it would be a good idea to have some kind of telephone/mobile as part of the logo as in the UK we call and book cabs rather than hail of the street.
We have extended the contest for 2 additional days. - IJust started the review process. Hopefully well have a decision soon
- IThanks to all the finalists. The idea behind all the logos is very similar so its just a matter of fine tuning and deciding which one we like best in terms of font, colours, balance and overall look and feel.
I will leave comments on each of the finalists designs indicating some small changes that we would like to see.
