What file you can attach for vector tracing?

Any kind of Inferior quality logo, icon, symbol, graphic, signature, or scanned documents.

What cannot be recreated in vector?

As far as Vector graphics have more limits than Raster graphics, some effects cannot be recreated. Cannot be recreated: realistic photos, photos of people, most 3D objects, bevel effects, complex textures, watercolor.
