Looking for a distinctive logo that is modern and pleasing to look at. I am wanting a logo that works with different mediums (i.e. screenprinting, embroidery, vinyl graphics,etc.) I am looking for Mountain(s) incorporated in the logo. As an alternate graphic instead of the Mountain(s) I may want to have an owl with only half being visible like it is in the dark and only have is lit and visible (see example image). It would be great to use either graphic with the Logo but if both be incorporated that would be great also again up to the Artist's discretion. I am looking for complementary colors and am drawn to red and yellow at the moment (see RGBA bf0600ff; da9100ff) but am open to different color combinations at the artist's recommendation.

I want the V and the P to connect. Clean and simple. If the letters do not connect, maybe a pretty front as seen in some of the logo designs I chose such as Breeyah it's done logo.

I want a horizontal logo. The word "the" should be smaller than "Affiliate Guild". I really would like to include some sort of icon with the A and G together somehow. For colors, I like dark red and a dark gold color for "guild".

We named the company after Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon to invade Rome. We want the logo to be simple and have a simple bridge over a river but to be more graphic design-ish than a detailed image.
