I want my logo to appear visually:  Old fashioned, think old saloon type feel.  Even good ole boy whiskey and cigar style. I want to communicate legitimacy.  I am fine with using a dark color scheme.  I also want it to tie into property management somehow.  I like circular style logos, try to stay away from just text.

not too much preference other than no bombs in the logo but am open to maybe a firework of sorts. Doesn't have to have a firework in it but seems like I am liking some of those better.  Colors wise, I'm liking the reds, whites, and blues, some purples seem ok as well. After seeing some, let's stay away from the yellows and greys.

This client would like a clean, professional, modern, color logo. Please feature a fountain element in the logo in some manner. The business is located in Kansas City, which is known for its fountains. The colors to be used in the logo are lime green and gray. The overall message conveyed from the logo should be about "a fair and honest approach to sales".
