With a name like Brass Penguin, the logo should be memorable and child/parent friendly, but not so cute that I can't use it for other adult type products. Of course, I would expect the brass color as well.

I am getting lots of submissions that are very positive!  I would like to see a few more that incorporate other augers, or other creative designs.  There seems to be a lot of Block style fonts used on the Verde wording.  what would other fonts focusing on Verde or VDC look like?

I like the integration of an auger (representative photo attached), but if it does not fit the design, then so be it.  Verde is Green in Spanish, so integrating Green color is good.  Would like it to be simple and easy if printed in B&amp;W also.  
My wife chose the name Verde (green) as a symbol of sustainability, new growth, etc....
