I'd like a feminine looking logo that is more square than rectangular.  I perhaps imagine a canning jar and text on the logo.  The "northern" in the business name represents where I'm from, which is Minnesota, but I'm not sure if that necessarily needs to be incorporated.

I'm open to a lot of ideas here. Avoid using the color red. I like the rounder shapes in this case. It needs to say "The Kirchner Report" and be readable at different icon sizes, and it needs to have an automotive theme. It's also a newsletter, so you can play with that idea a bit but not 100% necessary.

Company is Coalesce, which means "joining many pieces or particles into 1 mass or 1 innovative solution, causing direct impact etc."  I like colors that are warm like orange, yellow, and black.  I would like the logo to include "particles" similar to the attachment.
