I want something clean, professional, easy to read with maybe bolded texts like the ones below. This logo is for my real estate team (buying & selling properties in Calgary). Color scheme can be black, blue, neutral, white, grey, maybe red - or whatever looks good. Currently there is an Enterprise version of this product ((idecide.com) with branding that we may update based on this contest. 
We are going for a fresh, modern look. Leaning towards blues and greens but we are open to your creative ideas!

This has lots of place holder graphics so don't get confused about colors.
