**OK - there are many great ones but after seeing them and thinking of my branding (which is next) I need my name to be the highlight - NOT my broker who is Samson Properties. 
So we need to use  - Claudia Chang and add Realtor somehow... 


I like the pop of gold or rose gold
I like a key, a door or a house integrated in the logo but something more than that or a compilation of some of those - more complex vs. simple
im looking for a tagline.. 
my values are family, strength, kindness
i like whimsical - fun - has to WOW
colors - samson is red - also like dark teal - open to other colors
I do not like grays

The existing logo seems quite dated to me.
I tend to be attracted to a logo that is more fun. quirky, cartoonish, over something that is too serious or corporate!

We are a husband and wife duo partnering together to bring lawncare solutions to our customers or website visitors. We deal with renovating lawns and improving one's turf and grass as well as landscaping. Our goal is to bring to our customer really green and vibrant lawns. Therefore, vibrant colors are welcomed. However, there is room for subtleness. We are really open. We essentially want to capture our vision of highlighting our easy going relationship which balances our approach and the commitment to turf solutions.

Simple is better. Needs to look good on a white background. The blog topic will vary dramatically, so don't include any specific piece of technology in the logo (cameras, locks, drones, etc.).
Something modern that will age well.


Simple and clean logo is always good. But try and find a clever graphic element that somehow communicates the concept of having meetings in the outdoors. Something healthy and encouraging.
