want this to be something teenagers will like (not too childish)

Its a HYPE Conference and this year's theme is Reset so we want HYPE Conference Reset in the logo

the theme is along the lines of reset - in a new or different way/like new/fresh start/all things new/clean start/the world needs a fresh start

She is very responsive and did an amazing job.  Highly recommend.

I would like a very simple, clean, chic logo.   I would like the words  "net" to be larger, and "sports management" and "agency" to be taglines.  I like smaller font, maybe all lower case.    Something clean.    Simple colors and upbeat.  I also like the fonts called "morganite" and "Colus".   

Co-operative designer that works hard to respond to requests. Please with the result. Recommended!

The name Kaizen comes from the Japanese word which means 'continual improvement'.

We like the colours red and black. We also would like to play on this Japanese theme.

The logo should incorporate some kind of icon that could exist standalone as a representation of our brand. For example - the K from Kaizen could be a standalone motif/feature incorporated into the rest of the text but also usable on its own. You can get creative with this :)
