We are proposing a digital payment solution that would enable the Connecticut Government to make Covid-19 Payments, TFA, SAGA, direct housing, utility, grocery payments and other social and economic support funds deposits to the residents in need. Through these digital payments and banking platforms, the CT Government and agencies could distribute funds directly to the mobile phones of residents, thus ensuring that all designated recipients get their funds directly and in a timely fashion and can use these funds as soon as the phone transaction is completed. We would welcome the opportunity to demonstrate how the platform can be used to address some of the challenges brought on by the Coronavirus epidemic and how this solution would continue to support a post-pandemic touchless finanacial environment for all. Additionally, we would also be able to provide home based employment for several people, to provide customer support and onboarding for the platform users. All of these components can be individually procured or packaged to meet the needs of the City, as the comptrollers can see in real time all transactions and the actual balances as the activity is completed on our digital platform.- $129
