Hearth & Mill is a wood-fired pizza restaurant concept that hand mills its own blend of locally sourced wheat to create their signature dough. Besides pizza, Hearth & Mill offers sandwiches on hearth bread and other Italian inspired goodies. This is a fast-casual concept with elevated quality and artisanship.

Instructions：

We like an illustrative style that focuses on hand-milled wheat and pizza/Italian food. We like cast-iron style lettering and rustic/traditional aesthetics. Images of hearths, wheat, flames, bricks, pizza peels are just some of the imagery we are considering however not all of those concepts need to apply. We don't want it to be too busy.
