This is a non-serious annual sporting event that I run with my extended family each year. The event is called "Mattlympics" and we have a variety of non-athletic events that everyone competes in (similar to a child's school sports day, but for adults). Every year, I have a new logo designed for the event and that's exactly what I'm looking for here.

For this year's logo, I'd like to retain the existing design of the rings (made to look like pursed lips) from 2018 but the overall design and text will be different - the text for this year's logo should read "Codsall 2020" (this is the location and year of the event).
For this year's logo I'm looking to base it off of the Tokyo 2020 logo design with a slight twist. Here's is the Tokyo 2020 design: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/1/1d/2020_Summer_Olympics_logo_new.svg/1200px-2020_Summer_Olympics_logo_new.svg.png
Instead of the text "Tokyo 2020" I'd like to have the text Codsall 2020 (in the same font as the Tokyo font), and then the Olympic rings should be the modified version of these (at the bottom of the logo) that were created in my 2018 logo design (above).
For the main symbol of the logo, I'd like to incorporate COVID19 into it (i.e. https://palmettobay.club/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Covid-19-New-Scientist.jpg) so that the Tokyo icon either looks like COVID19 with elements of the current Tokyo icon (so it looks obvious that this is a mixture of the two - if that makes sense?).
Have fun with it and I'll try to get as much direction once the initial designs come in. A final reminder that the rings from 2018's logo should be retained and be present (smaller) in this logo.
