Owners are a chiropractor and a registered nurse RN who are also fitness and nutrition professionals (backgrounds in health and science, merging clinical and medical knowledge and experience with fitness education and experience to create an overall wellness facility addressing specific lifestyle factors to achieve optimal physical and mental health. Our services are: Chiropractic And management of MOVEMENT, NUTRITION, STRESS, and MINDSET via private coaching and with a big focus on ACCOUNTABILITY. (by movement we mean fitness coaching) We have two physical locations but we also coach people remotely. So the location of our clients does not matter as most cities have a “Main Street”. We inspire people to live healthier lives by teaching them how to eat, how to exercise and how to change their mindset to be able to make healthy lifestyles sustainable. Our focus is on RELATIONSHIPS between the client and their private coach.
