We are looking to get a Logo for our website that conveys our location in Cologne but uses the German name of the city ( Köln ). 

Our main customers are professionals who need short and medium-term accommodation for work and companies which are looking for accommodation for there project teams (construction etc). 

The logo should, therefore, be approachable and not to clean, since we are a little company, highly value personal contact. A connection with Cologne landmarks could be an option, depending on the design approach.
