The campaign is based in Iowa.  We need a logo that quickly informs legislators that we want to ban handheld cell phone use while driving.  The logo should have a cell phone and some way to express we want the action banned.  This is a handheld ban and will not allow drivers to hold a cell phone to their ear.  A driver holding a cell phone to their ear would be a good logo, but not completely required.  This is NOT a texting ban (we did that last year). 
The logo will be displayed with a max height and width of 200px
Logo images should be at least 400px in width or height to ensure compatibility with high resolution displays
The maximum recommended image size is 2MB
