The neighborhood will have a bit of a modern or contemporary look so I think the logo could look sort of modern-ish with clean, precise lines. I tend to like logos that are more "corporate" looking so that would be fine.

I should note that I own another company that uses a royal blue in its logo so I should use a different color than that.
