This design needs to be catchy, not too stuffy and not too cool. These homes are $2M so it needs to appeal to a wealthy demographic but still trendy to a 45-60 age range. I would like fo the logo to have some sort of symbol that people could associate with the name. Look at Padzu.com for the logo - along the same lines of product services as this company.
