Our initial thought is to make the word "Connected" a key part of the logo. Perhaps some type of font/image that speaks to the idea of being connected (to the community). We are looking to avoid hands, hearts, and homes in the logo.

We've seen some good use with acronymns and are open to creative ways to use CHH (connected home health) as the logo for the home health agency.

Ideally, we'll have a logo where "connected" stays the same and we can swap the words "Healthcare" and "Home Health" depending on whether we're referring to the parent company or the Home Health Agency ... thank you for participating!
