1. I was thinking of something like a cartoon head wearing a surgeon cap/mask but looks like a ninja head. Other thought- a ninja head with the typical ninja head wear but add some shadow lines over the mask to make it appear like a surgical mask. 
2. Behind the head- 2 Syringes crossing each other to form an X with the needle points facing down, giving it the appearance of a ninja surgeon with 2 sheathed swords or skull and cross bone style.
3. The company name could be just under the logo but I'm open to your imaginations.
4. Color I like in no particular minimum or maximum amounts: Black, Red, Blue, and dark grey. Also open to any other colors.
